"I worked with jay I just bought my first apartment I wasn’t sure what renters insurance was or why or if I needed it but he explained EVERYTHING with detail and walked me through my policy and PLUS the rates was amazing I don’t like dealing with insurance but jay gave me a great experience and I’m definitely going back to him for all my insurance needs in the future … looking forward to bundling my car and life insurance with him thank you again !!! "Se me dijo que se me iba a reembolsar el daño de mi vehículo, que en el momento tuve que pagar de mi dinero pero después de llamar me dijeron que no podían hacerlo por qué no alcanzaba la cantidad del deductible, al final tuve que pagar de mi bolsillo teniendo un seguro de cobertura completa, Jade el agente me dijo que hablaría con el departamento de reclamos y cuando lo hizo me dijo que solo me pedirían mi número de cuenta de banco para que se me depositara y que todo iba a estar en mi beneficio, pero en el momento que volví a llamar me dijeron que no se me podía reembolsar el dinero que pague. Pido solemnemente a Dios que no me pase un accidente mayor a futuro, por que en vista de las situaciones no creo que esté seguro me ayude mucho"

"I called to get a quote for an additional car to my current policy. I spoke to Jay who was extremely respectful, pleasant, courteous, patient and professional. I thought the quote was too high and told him I would check around with other companies. I got quotes from major competitors and their premiums were higher and worse and it was for the same exact car!! Just get ALL YOUR INSURANCE WITH STATE FARM you will not regret it. Christian Durand has some of the most respectful agents in the DMV along with the best prices!!"
